Helping You Heal & Reconnect With What Matters

I offer individual therapy to support adults and teens who are:

  • Navigating grief and loss in its many forms — including the death of a loved one, disenfranchised grief, chronic illness, estrangement, identity loss, pet loss, or the grief that comes from life not unfolding the way you imagined
  • Moving through major life transitions or changes — whether expected or unexpected
  • Questioning their relationships, identity, or career path
  • Wrestling with anxiety, burnout, or emotional overwhelm
  • Struggling with depression, feeling numb, hopeless, apathetic, or weighed down
  • Feeling stuck or disconnected within their life, unsure of what comes next

We might work well together if:

  • You're looking for someone who offers genuine support and feels like a real person in the room
  • Someone who's grounded, curious, and able to sit with the hard stuff without making it feel heavier
  • An environment that offers reflection, warmth, and humor when it fits
  • A space where you don't have to filter yourself, where your pace, intuition, and insight are respected — and where you can learn strategies that actually help

Who I Work With

My practice is:

  • Inclusive across generations — Supportive to Gen Alpha, Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and beyond

  • Welcoming to first-time therapy clients — or those returning to therapy with new goals

  • Affirming of living outside societal norms — including those who challenge traditional societal roles or expectations

  • Neurodiversity-affirming — You don't have to mask or explain here

  • Culturally-responsive — Race, culture, power, privilege, and systems of oppression are acknowledged and explored with care

  • Affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities — Gender and sexuality are not pathologized and are honored as dynamic and valid

Office Vibes

My office is relaxed and welcoming. You're invited to show up in whatever way feels most supportive to you. If you want to sit on the floor, stand, move, or fidget while we talk, we can do that. If making art, holding a warm cup of tea, or curling up under a blanket helps you settle in, we'll make space for it. This is your time.

How I Work

Therapeutic Approaches

I use a personalized mix of tools grounded in person-centered and evidence-based practices. My work is primarily rooted in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and I draw from other modalities when helpful.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Helps you make space for difficult thoughts and emotions, reframe your values, and take steps to align your behaviors with what matters most to you

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Offers tools to build emotional regulation, increase distress tolerance, and improve how you relate to yourself and others

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Focuses on how your thoughts influence your feelings and behaviors, and helps you identify and shift unhelpful patterns

My approach is also informed by interpersonal, feedback-informed, and systems theories. I'm a lifelong learner and continually looking to expand my understanding of what supports meaningful, lasting change.

On a Personal Note

I believe in the power of community, shared laughter, and that healing happens best when we don't have to do it alone. I value the interplay of curiosity, humor, and emotional depth as essential elements of both life and therapy. Being a therapist is something I hold as both an honor and a privilege.
